 RESERVATION PROCEDURE |

*All rates are net inclusive of taxes (EXCEPT Canada) and hotel service charges.
Unless otherwise stated, all other expenses and incidentals are responsible by
guests. Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars. |

*Please send booking requests in writing (Fax or E-Mail) directly to Super
Vacation. |
| 3 |
* Hotels will normally require reservations to be made at least seven (7) working
days before date of check in with guest names as shown in passport. Super
Vacation will acknowledge your request with rates or otherwise decline the
reservation if sold out condition apply. |
| 4 |
Canada and overseas hotel bookings
require approximately one (1) and three (3) business days to process, respectively. |
| TOUR PACKAGE BOOKING |

Rates include transportation, admission (as specified), hotel accommodations (if
any) |

Rates EXCLUDE:- Meals
- Gratuities (driver tips, porterage tips, etc.)
- Incidentals
- Applicable taxes |

| FIT HOTEL BOOKINGS |
| 1 |
* Rates are net per single/double occupancy room per night inclusive of taxes (as
indicated) and service charge. Additional charges apply for triple or quad
occupancy. |

*All rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice, especially during Convention, Special Event, or Holiday period. |
| 3 |
* TPL rate is based on Triple Occupancy WITHOUT any rollaway bed (on both
Tour & FIT). Extra surcharge will apply for rollaway bed, based on availability
(But not guaranteed). |
| PAYMENT |

*Full payment must be received upon registration to confirm booking. |
| 2 |
*Full payment for services booked must be received at least fourteen (14) days
prior to arrival date. |
| 3 |
* Please write cheque payable to Super Vacation. Post dated cheque will not be
accepted. |
| 4 |
We will not accept cheque payment for any product that departs less
than 14 days before departure. |
| 5 |
*3% service charge will apply to credit card payment. Please complete credit
card authorization form. |
| CANCELLATION |

* Any cancellation must be made in writing by fax or email to Super Vacation. |
| TOUR PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS |

* Over 14 days before departure date: No charge |
| 2 |
* Less than 14 days before departure date: 100% of tour fare |
| FIT HOTEL BOOKINGS CANCELLATIONS |

* Over 14 days before check-in date: Amendment / cancellation after confirmation subject to CAD25 service fee. |
| 2 |
* All cancellations made less than fourteen (14) business days are subject to full
cancellation fee. |
| 3 |
* Non-refundable for unused portion or early check out. Non-Refundable for
guaranteed bookings. |
| DISCLAIMER |

*Super Vacation acts only as an agent for various transportation, lodging,
sightseeing and other related travel services and is in no way to be considered the
principle of these services or as an agent of the tour participant/group. |

*Super Vacation shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, expense, accident,
injury or damage to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly from
acts of God, strike, war (declared or undeclared), theft, government regulations,
failure of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it has no control or by
any other reason. |

*All issued vouchers of hotels and service providers are subject to those terms
and contracts under which such services are provided. |

*Super Vacation reserves the right to change or modify part or whole tour
itinerary if it is deemed necessary for the comfort and safety of the tour
participants. |

*Super Vacation reserves the right to decline, refuse, and retain service for
anyone at any time. |
